DFEH Charges Filed Against State of California, City of LA, LA County, LA Unified School District and LA County Office of Education

ON BEHALF OF OVER 4,700 CALIFORNIANS, including employees, taxpayers and school-aged children, on Thursday, December 9th, 2021, Freedom To Choose Movement Founders commenced formal proceedings against the State of California, its Governor Gavin Newsom, The County of Los Angeles, The City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and the Los Angeles County Office of Education and many of its elected & appointed officials and representatives by procuring Right-to-Sue Letters from the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).  

After 90 days of standing up for and executing our rights, while witnessing and documenting every single form of discrimination, unfair labor practice and civil and public servant rights violations utilizing every form of intimidation, coercion, threats as well as bullying by employers and even teachers, these Charges are the precursor to the lawsuit coming.   The nefarious, illegal and unconstitutional violations of employees, their families and dependents, school children, the elderly and the infirm, have been officially levied against the Respondents as named in their official Charging Document on Thursday at 2:00p.m.

The CHARGE DOCUMENTS, filed on Thursday by the organization’s Civil Rights & Employment Attorney Helena Sunny Wise, seeks to ensure that recovery of damages because Respondents unilaterally adopted COVID Mandates which have resulted in forced vaccinations, PCR testing, mandatory masking and a passport scheme for children and anyone who dares to enter the County of Los Angeles.  Freedom To Choose LA, a non-profit, is committed to Education and Awareness, as a Grassroots Legal Enforcement organization (E.A.G.L.E). 

Freedom To Choose L.A. (aka Freedom To Choose USA, or more informally as “F2C”) was quickly organized this fall by grass roots citizens as a humanitarian endeavor. Led by veteran LA Country DWP Employee & IBEW Union Member Neil Stiller to fight back against tyrannical vaccine mandates, mask mandates, and vaccine passports being forced illegally upon citizens.
